doG is Love

I have no kids, so I can't speak to that audience... But I do know that when you care for a dog, you know unconditional love.

You also know...

...that you will never be able to sleep in. Ever. Again.

...that you will always have a use for old stuffed animals.

...that you will never lack for comic relief.

...that you will never be alone in the kitchen.

...that you will never have to throw away leftovers again. Ever.

...that if you play hard, you've got to nap hard.

...that you never met a cheese you didn't like.
...that someone's lap makes a nice drool-catcher.
...that a ride in the car is the best thing ever.
...and at the end of the day, nothing beats a nice six-pack.
Oh wait...that last one I didn't learn from the dog. Doesn't make it any less true.

Goodnight, Folks! Don't forget to spay or neuter your pets!

TOTALLY CUTE PUPS!!! I love them! We have 2 big labs and they are such a part of our lives. Dog park is a regular part of our lives. How you treat your dogs is a good indication of what kind of a parent you will be with kids-- good to know :)

Pets can make wonderful children. I've never had a dog, but had a male cat for 15 years that I was crazy over! Now that he's gone, I still miss him.

I didn't coin the "doG" moniker. I have been reading that on rescue forums for as long as I can remember! I always thought it was a wonderful term of endearment for the furkids. :)

For those of you who don't know, Sumo, the lighter colored pup, weighs in at a he0fty 110-115 lbs, and brindle Pearl tips the scales at a pretty steady 85 lbs.

Stay tuned for video.
